These materials comply with national environmental standards and are guaranteed safe. Solid surface primarily consists of aluminium powder and resin, with no formaldehyde added during production. Transparent resin does not release formaldehyde, with formaldehyde emission levels far below national standards. After installation, ventilating for 1-2 days will eliminate any noticeable odor. They pose no health risks to family members and are safe for use in households with the elderly, children, or pregnant women.
What is the product weight? Is it suitable for overseas shipping?
Product weights vary. Net weight is listed under “Specifications” on the product page (e.g., solid surface basins weigh approx. 25-35kg, resin bathtubs approx. 80-100kg). Packaged weight increases by 5-40kg. All weights comply with international courier weight limits and are suitable for standard shipping.
Are all products on the website in stock? If I need to change the color or size, is that considered customization?
No, we do not keep stock. Products are manufactured to order with a production cycle of 30-35 days. Simply changing to a color already available in our color chart does not qualify as customization. Only changes beyond the color chart or alterations to dimensions are considered custom orders, which require a 45-day production cycle.
Do bathroom products come with accessories? For example, faucets and drain assemblies.
Product configurations vary. The product page will clearly state “includes accessories” or “does not include accessories.” For instance, bathtubs typically come with drain assemblies by default but generally do not include faucets. If purchasing individual items, accessories must be selected separately.
